Setting Artificers to Craft Crown/Statues Isn't Working Properly

Anyone having success getting crowns and statues this way? I don't get eitther, even after ~200 years. I get weapons and armor, but no crowns.

Anyone care to make a bug report? I didn't see it reported., and I don't already have a non-modded saved game.
