Setup problem

I have had a setup problem: the game seemed to install completely but just at the end, when it reached 100% the CD drive started reading badly. But I don´t want to solve this problem yet. My problem is that the game seems to be installed but it doesn´t work so I want to unistall it. When I try to unistall it or fix it, it seems to do it but the game is still not working.

So I only want to know how to uninstall it manually so I can re-install it from scratch.
