Several UI improvements

While I enjoy the game, there are several UI annoyances that I think should be addressed.

1: The tooltip. While I love the idea, having to wait 2-3 seconds before you can mouse over it is rather frustrating. Since having it always be mouse-overable would also be frustrating, my solution is to skip the delay when you click on the link. This would negate the waiting required when you know you want to mouse over the tooltip to access another link.

2: Searching/Filtering settings. While I can search for my denomination/faith, I can't search for those not of my denomination/faith. This makes it very difficult to find landed vassals/courtiers that are not of my faith for demand-conversion. My solution would be to have 6 options, All, My Denomination, My Faith, Other Denominations in my faith, not my faith, not my denomination. This likely applies to culture too.

You can skip the delay in the game options - or even change it (it's under game>tooltips). I currently have mine set to "mouse tendency" which just makes the tooltip stick automatically with no wait time.

This is a good idea, and one that we had before in CK2. Definitely agree, I want that back.
