Definitely de-jure drift on or off as it would make things more interesting and continually dynamic if kingdoms and duchies don't get abourbed into other realms over time which would fit with Lux themes.
It's been decided to add a game rule to disable some of the VIET events.
So... what VIET events do you not want to see anymore? We won't be disabling all of them through the game rule, just those of a more... controversial nature, so you don't have to worry about Survey Realm going away.
