sheng minfang zongdui?

Does anyone know what the following chinese terms mean in English?

Sheng Baoan Zongdui
Sheng Jingcai Zongdui
Sheng Minfang Zongdui

They are names of militia units in HoI's unitnames.
I think 'sheng' means 'military' & 'zongdui' can be rendered 'corps', but that's all I can determine.

I Googled it and it made me laugh as this post was the first thing that came up. I'd agree with you about Sheng and Zongdui. If I had to guess Baoan, Jingcai, and Minfang are areas/regions that the units are from.

Hey well, thanks for trying.

Using some online translation, I think "baoan" is "security" so "Sheng Baoan Zongdui" would be "Military Security Corps" (or perhaps "Security Corps" makes more sense).

I wonder whether "Jingcai" is misspelt and should be "jingcha" = "police".

"Minfang" - still no idea.
