I know that there has to be one out there. I just went through Txini's shield site (which is awesome btw!) and I still cannot find how he made his shields or how to make them at all. I am somewhat experienced at making EU2 shields and if I could at least get a template I think I could figure it out.:) Does anyone know a download link to one?
