i have a proposal - i did this myself dunno if u will approve it though - all the territories that form the Kingdom of Jerusalem have ordinary meaning nothing flags. So i changed them with the red cross on white background. It gives more of a crusader-counties feeling. Maybe you can make a flag kinda faded so it doesnt stick out too much - for these crusader states?
