Should I buy this game?

Greeting fellow strategists,

As I have already played and experienced most of Paradox's most famous games (such as Victoria II, EUIII, EUIV, HoI III, Supreme Ruler, CK2) and I am extremely fond of the Napoleonic Wars, I would like to know if it would be a good idea for me to buy March of the Eagles. Furthermore, some insight and information on the game would be most appreciated.

I like it personally but I also only play with mods active. Look over the stickied threads, there is good info there and there is also a Demo on Steam. The game is usually on sale whenever there is a paradox sale or Steam seasonal sale if price is an issue.

What mods are suggested? I see a lot that change start dates that look pretty cool, but I also want a decent one for making the normal campaign a bit better.

Well to be honest I only play the modded game now from earlier start points.
