I'm just wondering if the tooltip behavior I am experiencing is normal.
There seem to be different kinds of tooltips in the game. Some which display general information, some with general information and additional information that appears after a second or so, and some which seem like the former but behave differently for me.
The general information tooltips usually show up fine for me. If I mouse over a button they appear, and disappear when I move my mouse off the button. However, other tooltips that should work this way (and some that add more info after a second) behave differently. If I move my mouse even a pixel the tooltip disappears, then appears again. This is most noticeable when looking at character virtues. The issue I'm having is that I use a high DPI mouse, and unless I take my hand off my mouse I usually have tooltips flashing on and off when I'm trying to look at stats. To be clear, I keep my mouse on the button that shows the tooltip. Simply moving my mouse around on the button a pixel causes the tooltip to disappear and reappear.
Just wondering if this is regular behavior for the game or unique to me.

(In the video you see some tooltips like those for the alerts at the top work fine, while the character virtue tooltips are very sensitive)
