I've exactly the same issue. It's researched (as in I started with research for it complete), but the shuttle hub is not showing in the build anywhere...

Also seeing the same. Interestingly, it appears if I start a game with Rocket Scientist but is not present once the Drone Hub Extender is available

Yeah, same for me, so I just decided that was the way I would be playing...
Same here, I tested it with the Rocket Scientist and I could access it, but with any other leader and do the research till that point it still doesn't show up
Having the exact same issue.
I even tried adding a mod cheat menu to manually unlock the building, but the shuttle hub is plain missing from its list of buildings as well.
Maybe an additional bit of information: I own all DLCs exept for the very latest one. Maybe that somehow messes this up?

Pretty sure it has sth to do with DLCs. I just intalled the DLC bundle (without Below & Beyond) and suddenly the shuttle hub is missing.
I already built 5 or 6 of those, but can't build any more since they're not showing up in the menu anymore.

loved the game enough to buy the season pass before i even got to build a shuttle hub (if in fact the dlc is whats causing the glitch)
hope this gets fixed soon or at least flagged because its quite major to be honest.

I hate that this is happening. Just not the game and download all of the dlcs and I can't find the shuttle hub. I have a ton of them built already as well.
This is still happening. Please fix this major issue. I wonder what luck I’ll have requesting a refund for this game...
Just bought the DLCs today and have the same issue. Thats really annoying. Fix this asap.
I’m getting this issue with Shuttle Hub and the Large Wind Turbines. Why is this not fixed yet…?!
So just bought all the DLCs and then Shuttle bays are gone! What's going on? Why hasn't this been fixed?

Make sure that all the DLCs are active in your Game. I had to start a new game when i got this error.
