My liege stole my siege, but I thought thay couldn't do that in 1.03 (as per the FAQ). Can they still steal sieges if they declare war right after the vassal does?

Hello? Here is a quote from the FAQ:

""""The implications of your vassal being in a separate war with the enemy are very significant when it comes to sieges. If your vassal reaches the enemy province and lays siege to it first, you will not outrank its force when you arrive, and when the province subsequently falls it will be marked as under your vassal’s control (or the ownership will immediately be transferred to your vassal in cases where the enemy is pagan or Moslem).""""

Errr... Vassal, liege. Two rather different things.

1) Liege DOW somebody, but haven't mobilized all vassals. A vassal then mobilize by themselves and DOW the same target. This is the thing that is mentioned in the FAQ -> sieges initiated by the "separate" vassal can not be "stolen" by the liege.

2) When a vassal DOW somebody the liege gets a call to take part in the war too. It doens't matter if you are the liege or the vassal. If the liege answers the call, then he is in the same war as his vassal -> sieges can be "stolen".
