Can we please start the game on 2950 like we originally agreed? I want to play Fengel for a while, and not be stuck with Thorongil(aragorn) for a while and have to speak westron :/
 
dude...ok you may be confusing something. 2950 is almost 70 years before the war of the ring those heroes of gondor or dont exist or are babies etc...like yeah may want to make the game closer to war if rthe ring if not familiar with stuff before it. (not sarcastic or anything just saying because then it goes all awry). Anyway so for my hero..as tolkien hated everything that was not good and didnt gave much info on haradrim should i use a nazgul? or make one up?
 
Plot: the end of the third age approaches and as the dawn of the new age rears its head. The world has been changed. The Elves are leaving middle earth are shadow of their former self, Mordor rises again and the forces of the dark lord Sauron swell. The dwarfs have retaken the great fortress of Erebor. But even as they set out to reclaim Moria, dark forces stir beneath the hills of the misty mountains. The Kingdom Of Arnor lies in ruin, while Gondor is a mere shadow of its former self. Rumour’s say that maybe even the white wizard Saruman has succumbed to the dark lord’s whispers while the men of the Rohirrim are still unaware of the danger. The Fortress of Dol Guldur rises again, as the silvian elves prepare to defend their forest. Even with this orcs still roam the countryside at will. And to the east Men look upon Gondor with greedy Eyes

LoTR lore can be damn confusing at times, but based on your original idea, it looks like the plot is consistent for 2950 - but the characters are not. 2965 would be a slightly better start point than 2950 though. The best thing would be just to allow for a little more creative freedom - we're going to build up a divergent history of Middle-Earth anyway.

I kay dale confiemed now we juat nees high elves and gundabad I think
 
Okay thought I would address the Nazgul in game the following nazgul will be around (note only the witch-king and Khamul have official names the others are semi-canon)
- witch-king (Mordor)
- Kamul (Rhun)
- the knight of Umbar (Harad)
The other 6 will be randomly assigned:
- the dark marshall
- the shadow lord
- the undying
-the tainted
-the betrayer
- the dwimerlaik
 
Also we only have gundabad and high elves left if nobody signs up in the next half a day or so are you guys willing to play without them or do you want to wait?
