Robert's Rebellion
A Song of Ice and Fire Game
Following the abduction of Lyanna Stark by Prince Rhaegar Targaryen outside Harrenhall, and the murder of Lord Rickard Stark and his heir, Brandon Stark, in King's Landing by King Aerys Targaryen, the lords and ladies of the Seven Kingdoms stand shocked and appalled at the supposed transgressions of their monarch and his family. Lord Jon Arryn, unwilling to follow the command of King Aerys and send him the heads of his wards Eddard Stark and Robert Baratheon, has raised his banners in revolt against the "tyranny of Mad King Aerys." The situation in the Vale grows more volatile by the day, however, as several of Lord Arryn's vassals have refused his call. Instead, they have gathered at the port city of Gulltown in support of their King and the beloved Prince Rhaegar, refusing access for the young Baratheon and Stark lords to return home and call their own banners. As the year of the false spring ends, and winter once again settles across Westeros, all eyes are upon the Vale as it approaches civil war, and upon their own lords as well as they ask themselves: will we stand with the rebels against Aerys' tyranny, or will we stand with him against these would-be usurpers?
-----
As the name suggests, this game will focus almost exclusively around the rebellion against King Aerys. As such, the stats and mechanics that I have created for this game are a reflection of that. The only hard stats I have written are for the militaries of each regions, with everything else being left to a kind of free-form and open interpretation.
But King, what if I don't want to fight in this war? What if I want to be neutral? Are you saying I'm not going to be able to do anything in this game? Not at all! Neutral players will be just as important as those engaged in the actual fighting. Economics, culture, and NPC diplomacy may be mostly free-form with the way I intend to run this game, but they will still have an impact on the quality and quantity of your banners. And besides, this is the Game of Thrones we are dealing with here, not all battles will be won out on the battlefield. Be warned though, by the game's end every lord will have picked a side, as neither will look too kindly upon those who refused them aid if they win, even for neutrality's sake.

How to Signup
We will be doing first-come-first-served, so simply choose a character that hasn't been taken from the stats below and merely wait for me to accept you!
You will be playing as this character, but also have control over his family as well. The exceptions to this are Jaime Lannister and Rhaegar Targaryen, due to the first's position on the Kingsguard (and thus isolated from Tywin's control) and the second's role in this conflict (as well as his strenuous relationship with Aerys).
Please be aware that non-landed characters and King Aerys are available to play as, you will just be limited in what you can do due to the limitations placed upon you by the ASOIAF universe itself. Those limitations will be explained later, but for now just know they are available, so feel free to signup any non-landed character, including members of the Kingsguard!
Characters approved:
Lord Reaper of Pyke Quellon Greyjoy - @BlackBishop
Lord of Casterly Rock Tywin Lannister - @Gen. Marshall
Lord of Highgarden Mace Tyrell - @Terraferma

The NorthLord of Winterfell: Eddard Stark - Currently at the Eyrie, mourning the loss of his father and brother. Led by his strong sense of honor and justice, he will raise the North against the tyranny of King Aerys. Wants the safe return of his sister, Lyanna, from the machinations of Prince Rhaegar.
Lord of the Dreadfort: Roose Bolton - Currently at the Dreadfort, dutiful to the Starks, and would support Winterfell in the upcoming conflict if called upon.
Lord of Whiteharbor: Wyman Manderly - Currently at White Harbor, fiercely loyal to the Starks, outraged by murders of Lord Stark, his heir, and their followers, and demands vengeance. Will support the Starks in the upcoming conflict.
Lord of Karhold: Rickard Karstark - Currently at Karhold, fiercely loyal and kinsman to the Starks, outraged by the murders of Lord Stark, his heir, and their followers, and demands vengeance. Will support the Starks in the upcoming conflict.
Lord of Last Hearth: 'Great' Jon Umber - Currently at Last Hearth, fiercely Loyal to the Starks, outraged by murders of Lord Stark, his heir, and their followers, and demands vengeance. Will support the Starks in the upcoming conflict.
Military: The North can raise forty-five thousand men, though it would take a long time to concentrate such as force. The North is a hard place, and as such the people of the North are hardy and martial.
Forces Loyal to House Stark.
- 15,500 light infantry
- 6,500 Archers
- 5,000 light cavalry
- 1,500 heavy cavalry
- 10,000 infantry
- 6,500 heavy infantry
= 45,000
Economy: The North is a large sprawling, land, sparsely populated, though not poor the North is not rich either, and is basically of average income. Only White Harbour is plentiful, by Northern standards, and is the smallest of the cities of Westeros, and is the primary trading port in the North and as such a good source of revenue.
Politics:The North is incensed by the murders of Lord Stark, and his heir Brandon Stark, along with the men that followed them to King’s Landing. The North is fiercely loyal to the Starks. The Lords hold King Aerys personally responsible and are already contemplating rebellion. Should Lord Eddard officially call his banners, the North will follow behind.
The ValeLord of the Eyrie: Jon Arryn - Currently at the Eyrie, summoning his banners in revolt against King Aerys. Guided by his keen sense of honor, Lord Arryn will not abide King Aerys actions and seeks to end his tyranny.
Lord of Runestone: Yohn Royce - Currently at Runestone, summoning his banners in support of Lord Arryn. Loyal to the Arryns, he is committed to bringing justice to those responsible for the deaths of Lord Stark, his heir, and their followers, in particular his kinsman Kyle Royce.
Lord of Gulltown: Marq Grafton - Currently at Gulltown, summoning his banners in defense of the Iron Throne. Loyal to the Targaryens, he is sending ravens to the other Vale Lords, asking them to rally to Gulltown and bar access to the "rebels."
Lord of Heart's Home: Lord Corbray - Currently at Heart's Home, summoning his banners in support of Lord Arryn, dubious loyalty to Arryns. His son, Lyn Corbray, is currently squiring in Gulltown.
Lady of Ironoaks: Anya Waynwood - Currently at Ironoaks, summoning her banners in support of Lord Arryn, loyal to the Arryns. Justice and honor demand King Aery's tyranny end.
Military:The Vale can raise forty-five thousand men.
Forces Loyal to House Arryn.
- 22,000 light infantry
- 4,500 Archers
- 5,000 light cavalry
- 1,500 heavy cavalry
- 7,300 infantry
- 2,200 heavy infantry
= 42,500
Forces Loyal to House Targaryen. (VALE)
- 1,200 light infantry
- 500 Archers
- 150 light cavalry
- 50 heavy cavalry
- 500 infantry
- 100 heavy infantry
= 2,500
Economy: The Vale is fertile, and while mountain clans force constant vigilance and the mountains impede large scale trade, the Vale remains largely affluent. Gulltown is one of the largest cities in Westeros, a major trading port, and as such a major source of revenue.
Politics: The Vale is largely loyal to the Arryns. Guided by chivalry, and honor, they will largely follow Lord Arryn in his rebellion, but some, especially those in Gulltown, question his actions and remain loyal to the Iron Throne.
The RiverlandsLord of Riverrun: Hoster Tully - Currently at Riverrun, Hoster and his family are shocked at the deaths of Lord Rickard and Brandon Stark. Hosters eldest daughter Catelyn was to marry Brandon. While Hoster agrees Aerys actions require action, he remains true to the Tully words, Family, Duty, Honour, and will follow them when deciding how to steer the Riverlands through this tumultuous period.
Lord of the Crossing: Walder Frey - Currently at the Twins. Walder is a shrewd and calculating man, and his family is famous for its indecisiveness when it comes to risk. As such, the Freys have dubious loyalty at best, and being the second greatest family in the Riverlands, are critical of all the decisions the Tullys make.
Lord of Seaguard: Jason Mallister - Currently at Seaguard. Loyal to the Tully's. With the death of Jason's brother, Jeffory, in King’s Landing, the Mallisters are among the Riverlords who would agree that Aery's transgressions have gone too far, and his tyranny must come to an end.
Lord of Raventree Hall: Tytos Blackwood - Currently at Raventree Hall. Dutiful to the Tully's, the Blackwoods are known friends of the Starks, and view the deaths of Lord Rickard and Brandon as murder. They would support any action taken against Aerys and in support of the Starks.
Lord of Stone Hedge: Jonos Bracken - Currently at Stone Hedge. Dutiful to the Tully's. While disturbed by Aery's actions, the Brackens have 'no horse' in this match. They're loyalty is to their house and the Tullys, first and second.
Lord of Pinkmaiden: Clement Piper - Currently at Pinkmaiden. Dutiful to the Tully's. The Pipers are worried by King Aery's growing 'madness.' They have no interest yet in the coming conflict, but will likely follow the Tully's lead.
Lord of Harrenhall: Walter Whent - Currently at Harrenhall. Loyal to the Targaryens. It was Lord Whent’s Tourney that was ultimately the catalyst to the current crisis. There Prince Rhaegar won the Tourney, and Crowned Lyanna Stark Queen of Love and Beauty, over his own wife. The Whents are loyal to the Targaryens, more so than the Tullys. Particularly with Oswell Whent serving in the Kingsguard.
Lord of Darry: Lord Darry - Currently at Darry. Loyal to the Targaryens. The loyalty of the Darrys can’t be called into question, with Jonothor serving the in Kingsguard and Willem Master of Arms at the Red Keep.
Lord of Maidenpool: Lord Mooton - Currently at Maidenpool. Dutiful to the Targaryen's. While the Mootons may question Aery's actions, they place their trust in Prince Rhaegar being able to heal the rifts in the Seven Kingdom’s once he ascends the Iron Throne, especially given Ser Myles Mooton’s, youngest son of Lord Mooton, relationship with the Prince, having served as his squire and becoming a close friend.
Military: The Riverlords could raise forty-five thousand men. But their quarrelsome attitude and divided loyalties means that not all these men will be fighting on the same side.
Forces Loyal to House Tully.
- 11,700 light infantry
- 4,100 Archers
- 3,200 light cavalry
- 1,000 heavy cavalry
- 4,100 infantry
- 900 heavy infantry
= 25,000
Forces Loyal to House Targaryen (Riverlands)
- 10,500 light infantry
- 3,000 Archers
- 2,500 light cavalry
- 500 heavy cavalry
- 3,500 infantry
- 700 heavy infantry
= 20,700
Forces Loyal to House Frey
- 1,800 light infantry
- 600 Archers
- 600 light cavalry
- 300 heavy cavalry
- 800 infantry
- 200 heavy infantry
= 4,300
Economy: The Riverlands are among the most fertile lands in Westeros. The Trident and its tributaries, allow easy access to trade and low maintenance, which help to make the Riverlands a wealthy land during peace. However a combination of the region’s central position, a lack of natural defences from the outside, and the quarrelsome attitude of the lords means that if there is conflict, the damage will be felt the hardest in the Riverlands.
Politics: The Riverlords are a quarrelsome bunch. The lack of natural defences means they hold marriage pacts with special importance for the additional security they brings. Their central position means that the Riverlords are always looking outside as much as they are inside. Combined with the fact the Tully's were never 'kings' and owe their position to the Targaryens, the end result is loyalty to the Tullys does not run as deep as the Trident, and is not comparable to the other 'kingdoms.'
The WesterlandsLord of Casterly Rock: Tywin Lannister - Currently at Casterly Rock. Tywin is a calculating, intelligent, politically astute, ruthless, and controlling man. While he served the realm for over two good decades as Hand of the King. His relationship with King Aerys, once a bedrock, has withered away, and the two old friends, hold no affection for each other anymore. Tywin is both feared and respected ever since his famous act of quelling the Reyne-Tarbeck rebellion. The Westerman follow the Lion of the Rock loyally. Tywin knows first hand the 'madness' of Aerys, but is too astute to risk everything he has built and House Lannister’s position on some rebellion, especially with Ser Jamie as a member of the Kingsguard (though Tywin views him as more of a hostage) and until the situation is clearer, will not stir.
Military: The Westerlands can typically raise fifty thousand men. But with Tywin ruling from the Rock, the Westerlands can raise fifty-five thousand men. The Lords of the Westerlands know not to risk the displeasure of Lord Tywin, lest he dispatch a envoy to sing a song.
Forces Loyal to House Lannister.
- 27,000 light infantry
- 7,500 Archers
- 6,000 light cavalry
- 2,500 heavy cavalry
- 8,000 infantry
- 4,000 heavy infantry
= 55,000
Economy: The Westerland are the richest of nine constituent regions of Westeros. The Gold and Silver mines, provide a continuous supply of wealth. Lannisport is among the largest cities on the continent, and also a source of great wealth. As such the Westerlands are rich, and with their natural defences, combined with Lord Tywins fearsome reputation mean no one is lining up to take them on.
Politics: The Westerlands are united behind the Lannisters, well, Tywin. Regardless, the Westerlords are loyal, even if it is specifically to Tywin, whom they fear, and respect. Because of his reputation, the end result is ultimately that the Westerlands are probably the most united of the regions at the moment.
The Iron IslandsLord Reaper of Pyke: Quellon Greyjoy - Currently at Pyke. Quellon is a strange ironborn lord. He has spent his life trying to reform the Iron islands, to match the mainland. He restricted reaving, freed thralls, discouraged saltwives, encouraged marriage ties with the mainland, and even brought maesters to the islands. While he is uninterested in the current conflict, his sons have expressed interest in joining the rebellion, so they can follow the 'old way.' This does not suite Quellons peaceful side.
Lord of Ten Towers: Rodrick Harlaw - Currently at Ten Towers. Rodrick is knows as the 'reader' because of his large library of books and his favorite pastime. Devoted to the Greyjoys, due to his sisters marriage to Balon Greyjoy. Rodrick is the most powerful of the Ironborn lords sworn to Pyke.
Lord of Saltcliffe: Lord Sunderly - Currently at Saltcliffe. The Sunderlys are devoted to the Greyjoys, due to Quellons wife coming from their house.
Military: The Iron Islands could raise twenty-five thousand men. But as an Island, the Greyjoys primary strength comes from their fleet. The Iron islands could field 500 longships.
Forces Loyal to House Greyjoy.
- 12,500 light infantry
- 750 Archers
- 500 light cavalry
- 250 heavy cavalry
- 12,000 infantry
- 4,000 heavy infantry
= 25,000 + 100 longships of the Iron Fleet, 400 standard longships.
Economy: The Iron Islands are aptly named. Iron, tin, and bronze are the resources in abundance, farming is notoriously difficult, and fishing is dangerous work. It is no wonder the iron islanders took to reaving. As such the iron islands are a poor place, with reaving being a central part of the islands working economy.
Politics: The Iron Islands take their lead from the Greyjoys. But don’t confuse this to mean they are united or loyal, they are simply united in their misery, and so share common interests. While Quellon has played his part well, intermarring his family with the most powerful of his banners, to keep their loyalty, while he reformed the Islands society, this does not mean more ironborn are keen on these reforms. But at the end of the day, the Ironborn believe in their individual right to do as they like, with every captain of a ship, a king in his own right.
The ReachLord of Highgarden: Mace Tyrell - Currently at Highgarden. Mace is an interesting fellow, a kind and friendly man, who only desires to see his family's position rise. However he lacks the political savvy, or military brilliance to accomplish such as daunting task, his own mother has decreed him the Lord Oaf of Highgarden, and is rumored to play a significant role in Tyrell affairs. His loyalty to the Targaryens seems sincere, and he seems undisturbed by Aerys actions. His mother however, has a lower opinion of the Targaryens, and of Aerys in particular, and may try and convince him from over-committing too early to their cause.
Lord of Brightwater Keep: Alester Florent - Currently at Brightwater Keep. The Florents are dutiful to the Tyrells. But the family is quite large, and has intermarried with other lords from the Stormlands and Reach. While they are dutiful to the Tyrells, they have often claimed they should hold Highgarden, because of their superior claim to the Gardener dynasty.
Lord of the Hightower: Leyton Hightower - Currently at Hightower. Devoted to the Tyrells, because his daughter is married to Mace. While the Hightowers are among the most powerful banners to the Tyrells, they have historically preferred to trade over conflict, citing their relationship with the Faith of the Seven. They are Loyal to the Targaryens as well, thanks to Gerold Hightower's position as Lord Commander of the Kingsguard.
Lord of Horn Hill: Randyll Tarly - Currently at Horn Hill. The Tarlys are Loyal to the Tyrells. They are marcher lords, and as such a martial house, who look forward to the war and conflict. Randyll and the Tarly's will be an asset in the coming conflict.
Lord of the Arbor: Paxter Redwyne - Currently at the Arbor. Devoted to the Tyrells due not only to the close familial bonds between the two houses (Paxter and Mace are cousins), but to Paxter’s marriage to Mace Tyrell’s sister as well. One of the principal vassals of the Tyrells, the Redwynes control the Redwyne Fleet, the single largest fleet in Westeros
Military: The Reach is the most populous of the 9 regions of Westeros, as such the Reach could raise anywhere from seventy-five thousand to one-hundred thousand men. The reach can also boast one of the largest fleets in Westeros, thanks to House Redwyne.
Forces Loyal to House Tyrell.
- 28,000 light infantry
- 10,000 Archers
- 8,000 light cavalry
- 4,000 heavy cavalry
- 12,000 infantry
- 3,500 heavy infantry
= 65,500 + 300 Warships, 800 assorted galleys, cogs, and other merchant vessels.
Forces Loyal to House Targaryen. (REACH)
- 18,000 light infantry
- 6,000 archers
- 4,000 light cavalry
- 1,000 heavy cavalry
- 5,000 infantry
- 500 heavy infantry
= 34,500
Economy: The Reach is the most populous, second largest, and most fertile region of Westeros. Oldtown, the second largest city in Westeros and home to the citadel, is located in the Reach, and the Arbor is a significant producer of fine and expensive wines, often considered the best wine in Westeros. All this means that the Reach is the second most prosperous region in westeros, and overall very wealthy.
Politics: The Reach is the self anointed 'home' of chivalry, and take oaths seriously. The Lords are loyal to both their liege lords the Tyrells, and dutiful to their Targaryen monarchs. Because the Reach is also the home of maesters, and former home to the faith of the seven, they wish to uphold the status quo.
The CrownlandsLord of the Seven Kingdoms: Aerys Targaryen - Currently at the Red Keep. Aerys actions are ultimately to blame for the current conflict. His growing madness has begun to affect his ability to rule the Seven Kingdoms. His reign began with promise as his choice of Tywin Lannister as his Hand was probably Aerys wisest action to date. But the years have taken their toll on Aerys, who slowly succumb to his paranoia. This is especially true since the defiance of Duskendale, which completely altered Aerys personality. While the realm begrudgingly accepted Aerys behaviour mostly because of Tywin’s actions to minimize the fallout, and the belief that Rhaegar will make a far superior King, Tywin’s resigning as Hand and Rhaegar’s abduction of and disappearance with Lyanna Stark has now left the realm to Aerys mercy. His first act was murdering Rickard and Brandon Stark, along with their companions, for the perceived threat to Rhaegar’s life. Aerys, possibly realizing what he had done and trying to emulate Tywin, then called for Eddard Stark’s and Robert Baratheon’s heads. Jon Arryn, unwilling to allow the deaths of his wards, instead summoned his banners, intending to end the tyranny of the mad king. Now Aerys must contend with three of the Great Houses in open rebellion, with his heir nowhere to be found.
Lord of Dragonstone: Rhaegar Targaryen - Whereabouts currently unknown. Prince Rhaegar’s abduction of Lyanna Stark set in motion the current conflict. It is agreed by most everyone that Rhaegar has it in him to be a great king, and represents the best of House Targaryen.
Lord of the Tides: Lucerys Velaryon - Currently at Driftmark. Devoted to the Targaryens due to their shared Valyrian ancestry, close familial bonds (many daughters from both families have married into the other over the centuries), and the almost hereditary-like appointment of Valeryons to the position of Master of Ships on the King’s Small Council. The Royal Fleet itself is composed principally of ships belonging to House Velaryon. Though sworn to Dragonstone, Lucerys himself has long been a strong supporter of King Aerys (against Prince Rhaegar), and can be expected to pledge everything to his sovereign as his Master of Ships.
Kingsguard: The bodyguard of the Iron Throne, the Kingsguard (aka the White Swords / Cloaks) are sworn to protect their king and the royal family with their own lives, to obey his commands, and to keep his secrets. Regarded as the finest knights in the Seven Kingdoms, the Kingsguard are sworn for life and are forbidden from owning land, taking a wife, or fathering children, although they can have non-hereditary commands, such as being the Hand of the King.
Current Members of the Kingsguard:
- Lord Commander Ser Gerold Hightower, the White Bull - Currently at King’s Landing
- Prince Lewyn Martell - Currently at King’s Landing
- Ser Barristan Selmy, the Bold - Currently at King’s Landing
- Ser Oswell Whent - Currently missing with Prince Rhaegar
- Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning - Currently missing with Prince Rhaegar
- Ser Jonothor Darry - Currently at King’s Landing
- Ser Jaime Lannister, the Young Lion - Currently at King’s Landing
Military: The Crownlands can raise eighteen and a half thousand men and muster the strength of the Royal Fleet (currently split between King’s Landing and Dragonstone). Further the garrison of King’s Landing, the Gold Cloaks, adds an additional two thousand men.
Forces Loyal to House Targaryen. (Crownlands)
- 8,000 light infantry
- 3,400 archers
- 2,000 light cavalry
- 600 heavy cavalry
- 4,500 infantry
- 2,000 Gold Cloaks
= 20,500 + 210 Warships, 80 war galleys.
Economy: Kings Landing dominates the Crownlands. It is the driving force of the economy, and provides significant revenues to the Iron Throne, combined with the taxes collected from the other regions of Westeros, means the Crownlands are very wealthy.
Politics: The Crownlands are ruled directly by the Iron Throne, and loyal as such. The Crownlanders are well acquainted with Aerys, and his actions. As such they are united in their loyalty, and fear of him. Only Rhaegar commands more respect among the Crownlanders.
The StormlandsLord of Storms End: Lord Robert Baratheon - Currently at the Eyrie. Robert is incensed by the abduction of his betrothed, and is grieving with his friend Eddard over the loss of his father and brother. If Robert returns to the Stormlands, he will raise his banners against the Targaryens. Robert is a martial person, excelling in combat, he is known also as a man who can make friends of enemies.
Military: The Stormlands can raise thirty thousand men.
Forces Loyal to House Baratheon.
- 10,000 light infantry
- 4,100 archers
- 2,100 light cavalry
- 800 heavy cavalry
- 4,000 infantry
- 1,200 heavy infantry
= 20,000
Forces Loyal to House Targaryen. (Stormlands)
- 4,700 light infantry
- 1,200 archers
- 1,550 light cavalry
- 350 heavy cavalry
- 1,600 infantry
- 600 heavy infantry
= 10,000
Economy: The Stormlands are a martial region of Westeros. Combined with the forested, and hilly terrain that dominate the region, and martial spirit, trade is looked down upon, so the economy suffers. No cities are present in the region, because the Stormlords refused to grant town charters. Finally not being particularly fertile, means that the Stormlands are affluent, but not particularly wealthy.
Politics: The Stormlords are generally dutiful to the Baratheons. However they are a fickle and martial people, and competitive, whose loyalties lie with the strongest. Support for the Targaryens is not particularly widespread, but some Stormlords will support them, simply because they think them stronger.
DornePrince of Dorne: Doran Martell - Currently at the Sunspear. The Martells are devoted to the Targaryens, with Rhaegar and Elia married, with children, and Doran’s uncle, Prince Lewyn, serving in the Kingsguard. The Martells are unique in Westeros, in that they are relatively autonomous, and still hold the right to style themselves Prince/Princess. Doran is a cautious man who loves his family and will protect it.
Military: Dorne is the least populated region of Westeros, as such they can only raise thirty thousand men. However, the Dornish are a proud people, who have taken to House Martells words, Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken as their own, so any attempt at conquest would result in the Dornish rallying to expel the invaders. This independent spirit, combined with their usual hit and run tactics, and mastery of their hostile environment, means that any attempt to conquer Dorne would be difficult to say the least, as proven by the many failed conquests of their lands.
Forces Loyal to House Martell.
- 14,000 light infantry
- 6,000 archers
- 3,600 light cavalry
- 1,000 heavy cavalry
- 4,300 infantry
- 1,100 heavy infantry
= 30,000
Economy: Dorne is the least populated region of Dorne, and combined with the majority of it being inhospitable, means an abundance of wealth is unexpected. However, Dorne also produces exotic goods, citrus fruits, spices, and wines that can't be produced (at least in significant qualities) elsewhere in Westeros. These goods, and the wealth of trade they bring, make up for the lack of taxes from the low populace. Overall Dorne is a wealthy place.
Politics: The Dornish can be stubborn and fiery. This means feuds can erupt between rival lords, and make Dornish politics difficult. However, they present a united force to the outside world, preferring to keep to those they know rather than those they don't. Overall this means that the Dornish are loyal to the Martells regarding actions outside of Dorne. But should anyone attempt to invade, the Dornish would flock to the Martells.

General Rules
1. The GM is always right. If I say something is canon, it is canon. If I say something is non-canon, it is non-canon. I know ASOIAF has a lot of theories for different things out there, especially with regards to events prior to the books, but we are playing this game to have fun and arguing over anything that hasn't been confirmed by GRRM himself will be the exact opposite of that.
2. All of the rules of the Paradox Forum apply all of the time.
3. I reserve the right to have implausible, abhorrent, forum-rule-violating, or simply dumb orders fail automatically. This is not subject to appeal.
3. If you have a question about anything in any of the updates, please read rule # 1, then contact me on here or IRC. For anything outside the updates, just come straight to me.
-----
I will be using the old #ASOIAF_Main room on IRC, so come on by if you have any questions or to discuss the game with everyone else.
With that, these signups are open! Signups will run until 3/16, but may be extended or shortened depending on the level of interest. Thanks guys, and good luck!
