Silly bugs in 1.03b

Hello all,

The patch is pretty damn good, unfortunately the provinces of Fogaras and Rockhampton still have no pops.

Just thought i would let you know.

Where are those two provinces, anyway?

Fogaras is in Austria (Rumanian area) and Rockhampton is in Australia.

I put this here because i thought the bug forum was only for official patches (1.04 kind of thing, without the letters affixed).

yep - looks like those are still "do it yourself" user fixes.

I fixed Fogares after installing the new patch - didn't know about Rockhampton. Will have to check it out when I get home.

Keep in mind that 1.03b is only a beta patch, meant for testing, and was not designed to address all currently outstanding issues.

i play austria myself at the moment and found that 0 pop bug with Fogaras too.
what i wonder about : it is now year 1880 and no pop has ever immigrated to this special province too . or do farmers ( i think it is a farmer rgo there )
not wander around seeking for work ?

Look at the 1836.eug file and find these words:

pop = "scenarios/gc/siebenburgen_german.csv"
pop = "scenarios/gc/siebenburgen_hungarian.csv"
pop = "scenarios/gc/siebenburgen_hungarian_protestant.csv"
pop = "scenarios/gc/siebenburgen_romanian.csv"
pop = "scenarios/gc/siebenburgen_east.csv"

All had to be inside the scenariofile, the pop-files are allready there but not linked with the scenario.

Yeah I have also seen Foaras but was it the province in the northeastern part of australia? I don't have Vic around right now so I can't check.

If you are playing vanilla you could build a factory in that state, when craftmens and clerks are coming ther just convert some of them to farmers.
