Two small suggestions:
Annexed countries are removed from the casualty reports (e.g. Rep. Spain and Poland). Would be nice to keep them in.
** Correction: Rep. Spain is there but Poland is gone ....
Synthetic fuel and rares plants cannot be built by right-clicking on the provinve (like AA, IC, radar). Would be neat to have that. Also, there are no icons in the provinces for synthetic materials plants.
