I've thought of an idea for a small mod.
You know how when you conquer a county, you're always incentivized to keep it or give it to a dynasty member, and by the end of the game 95% of your realm is held by dynasty members?
That's pretty ahistorical, I think.
What if every time you win a war and get a few titles, the marshal and commanders who participated in the war ask you for some, especially if they're ambitious or high martial? And if you don't give it to them, they get very angry at you and might leave if unlanded.
I have no modding experience with CK2, so I ask, what would be the rough guidelines of making that mod?
