It's coming out with Divine Wind, right? Isn't that the point of the achievements?

If so, why is it that no one's mentioned it recently? I, for one, welcome our new achievement-tracking overlords.
 
Yes and yes!
I believe we have mentioned it, both in the EU3 forum and in the paradox connect thread here, but more information will be available on release. :)
