I have mostly seen dev diaries of the Asia expansions but nothing the of the supposed dlc coming first "Coronations " I haven't read fully the Asian dev diaries so I am assuming they haven't talk anything about coronations dlc, correct me if I am mistaken. nonetheless I will like to know if anyone know any info about that dlc? I assume is just so small and event or activity is not worth having a dev diary of it then? should be free if that is the case but well.. thank you for your time

Coronations Dev Diaries will begin after Summer Break is over, and it *seems* that there will be two dev diaries a week, one for coronations, and another for AUH. It's not that it's irrelevant, it's that it's so much smaller, and I think just *needs* less community feedback than perhaps the largest DLC CK3 has ever seen.

I mean, All Under Heaven is a Major Expansion, while ultimately, Coronations are just an Event Pack. I think Wandering Nobles got like 2 Dev Diaries right before it released and the first one was really short. I don't expect much more for Coronations.

As others have pointed out, it is not yet time for DDs about the Coronations pack. Drawing negative conclusions about the pack or the devs’ intentions because the devs haven’t published DDs before the scheduled time for those DDs is illogical. ;)

event packs don't need more than about 3 dev diaries, if it's releasing in august we still have plenty of time to cover the entire DLC in 2-4 DDs

This is a month old, but I saved this post for an occasion such as this. This is what we know, and to my knowledge nothing about it has changed yet.

So no interregnums :(
Interregnums would be cool, but honestly IMHO they would make much more sense as a general mechanic packaged into the HRE Dev Diary with the specific variations for a Great Interregnum-style mechanics for HRE itself. (Where it would be less about lack of any person proclaimed King of Germany, and more about no person maintaining effective control of HRE.)

Generally, IMHO interregnums would necessitate a rework of how Titles & Realms work in HRE, so it’d be better to save it for a major expansion.

Lol so it's nice that we got AUH dev diaries ahead of time so feedback could maybe actually do something this time. But uh, what if the Coronation DLC ends up completely off base of what people want in the dev diaries we get 2 weeks before launch?

tbh if it's meant only to include a couple event chains and two to three new mechanics then I guess there's not much to give feedback about

The Legends system in LotD could also be described as "a couple event chains and two to three new mechanics" and we all saw how that was recieved.
Yeah, but that was a Core Expansion (first one in fact) that tackled two significant game mechanics that affect the whole map (Plagues and Legends) in a really underwhelming way. As far as I heard, this Event Pack is entirely focused on the Coronation activity and the events surrounding it. So it will likely be similar to Wandering Nobles.

Not saying that I wouldn't welcome an early Dev Diary for it to offer feedback before the mechanics are set in stone, but if it was a choice between early Dev Diaries for AUH or Coronations, then AUH is much more significant.

Does anyone knows when it's gonna be released? I know that in the roadmap it's stablished for Q3 of this year but is it possible to have it before September? Hopefully...

My guess is either late August (like Wards and Wardens) or late September (like Roads to Power). All Under Heaven will probably be released in early November like Legacy of Persia and Wandering Nobles.

Given that they plan to have both Coronations and All Under Heaven Dev Diaries at the same time, my guess is that late August is more likely.

Could also be december for AUH, with balancing/bugfixing through january, maybe realm maintenance in february before the next chapter
