As we learned with Surviving the Aftermath, you guys are fine with taking sacks of cash to force your fans to use crappy launchers. So, my question which I haven't seen anyone ask yet, is will this be going Epic exclusive too?

Since you seem incapable of doing basic research I'll do it for you.
No, they are not releasing it exclusively on Epic.
By precedent it absolutely means something, the only Epic exclusive Paradox has had is Surviving Aftermath and we knew it was an Exclusive from day 01. They haven't done any bait and switches, and there's no sign that they'll start.I agree with you that's it unlikely.
But a store page on steam means nothing until the launch. If you've followed this Epic thing.
80-90% of the posts here are pure sillinessI want to say: '' don't be silly ''

I already addressed this. This means nothing. Metro Exodus was on steam preoder before they decided to remove it and go Epic exclusive.
Correct. This was confirmed.if i understood correctly the game will be part of the xbox pass.
People think Steam is a good option because it has functions such as the workshop, reviews, forums, etc that make it consumer-friendly. You may not like it but it's kind of bizarre that you'd be unaware of why people tend to like it.I don't really care if they were to put it only on Epic, put it only on Steam, or put it on Epic and Steam. I won't be buying it on either of them. They either release it on Gog or something similar or they don't get money from me. That people see Steam as a "good" option boggles my mind.
If you would check its official page on the Paradox Store you'd see that the listed platform are Steam and Paradox's store, so an Epic Deal is out and dropping GOG is a possibility.A little concerning thing is that they did not announce that CK3 will come to GOG. Imperator did, Stellaris did, Age of Wonders did, Surviving Mars did. It could mean 2 things: either they are ditching GOG, which is very bad; or it really is possible that it will be an Epic exclusive for a year (that's why we've seen a Steam logo in the marketing materials - it might join Steam later on). The second option is even worse of course.
Or maybe it's just my imagination and everything is going to be fine? I wish that they would clarify it.
Really? That's excellent!I am pretty sure that Valve has issued a policy in that any game that announces that it will be available on Steam and the goes on an Epic Exclusive will never be sold on Steam once the Exclusive deals is over.
Maybe I'm failing a spot-check but what is perplexing to you?
