Assembly of Strategic (ARROTECH), Operational (BATTLEFORCE) and Tactical (BATTLETECH) Forces continue…
Here, now, at the beginning it is important for me to point out that Kereminde’s Fiction-writing process and mine own, differ. Which is perfectly natural. While I will use HAREBRAINED / Kiva’s Turn Order mechanism to inform my Fiction, unlike Kereminde I will not be running three #CaralystGameLabs games concurrently, but the visuals, like depicted below, are now a part of my narration/story-crafting…
I do this for BattleTech because, well... the fiction and the game are almost inseparable. (Also, Stackpole did it and it's good enough for him...)
And when writing fictional accounts of my campaign, it became important to pull back a tad from simply recounting "here's what happened" and trying to limit perspectives to the relevant characters. This is why I tend to run the game outright, because I can always take a mountain of data and sift it down to what I want... rather than make it all up and realize that I will need something and have no way to really "fake it".
