Oops! Crashed on opening - not a memory or citrix issue

After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Campus, Sunset Harbor, Airports

What mods are you using?
none

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Came back from a vacation, and the game no longer works. Was working perfectly before. Doesn't seem to be a memory issue, and I don't have Citrix installed.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Start the game.

What edition of the game is this? It doesn't look like a Steam or Epic or gamepass one:

E:\Cities - Skylines\Cities.exe

Essentially you need to do a clean reinstall of the game, but the exact process depends on the edition.
