(solved) It won't let me complete the last requirement for the mission and the increase absolute rule thing appears

So I was completing the Russian mission tree until this appeared

This is a bug in the non-english localisations. They are missing the localisation for that tooltip. There is an automatic note about that in the files, so I assume that the developers know about it and will fix it in the next patch.

The english version of the game has a tooltip for this which says

Has used the Estate interaction Seize Land at least 10 times ([Root.GetSeizeLandCounter]/10).

The last part is a counter which shows how often you have used the interaction already. If you want to see it for your game, you could switch to english temporarily.

Ok, so how do I change it to English?
Anyway, I did several of my games and those of other users and this error always appeared (I don't know if it's important but I'll leave it there)

You can change the language of the game in the launcher under game settings("Ajustes de juego" in spanish)

This specific mission will always show "rus_increase_absolute_rule_tt" if you play a non-english version of the game and have estates. The developers have to fix it by adding a spanish/german/french text for that tooltip.
