SOLVED - Sync items not working

Just a PSA, we are aware that Owned Items aren't syncing as they should and we are working to fix it. This seems to be a bigger problem than we thought so we aren't 100% sure when this will be done but we hope to have it sorted by tomorrow.

I just noticed, was going to check the tech support and bug reports forums for HOI4 and they were not there

Checked my games here on paradoxplaza and all I had was the second Sabaton music pack (my latests purchase for hoi4) even thou I bought the field marshall edition back in 17th of May 2016

Update! We will continue working on this but for <insert random magic> we don't quite know how or why it happened. It will not be fixed this evening as it will need more of the team to be on site and they are all back tomorrow. Will update this thread as soon as I get more info.

my current synced items show only things I bought before this
and (seemingly) nothing I've purchased since then.

If it helps, I had an PDX published item refunded during that period that I later purchased again after it was updated.

either of those two things (the date or the refund/repurchase) may have caused the issue @TinyWiking if that helps pinpoint what went wrong

to help them pinpoint the probelm, can you guys check your steam purchase history

to compare what is missing? have any of you ever requested a steam refund? Is there a date before/after which marks what you do/do not have?
if we can pinpoint a commonality we might be able to make this a quick and easy fix for paradox.

Developer just pinged me and asked you guys to try. It’s seems to work though it will be a tad slow. If, after syncing and giving it an hour or two, it’s not working let us know in the thread we will look into it tomorrow.

I see a few games in your account's Ownership list, so it should work. You don't specifically mention hitting the Sync Owned Items button though?

Apparently it just took a while longer than expected, all good now

You haven't linked your Steam and Paradox accounts, so naturally what you own there cannot sync into here.

However that is not necessary for you to get access to the EU3 mod forums, they are open.
