Some Airplanes won't do thier missions and don't appear in the air zone despite haveing the mission selected and zone.

Steps to Reproduce​

I just started the Game as Ita. and put the tac Bomber on the airfield then attached them to an army in the south and north (seperatly for each airport) then let the game play

If you look on at the airbase, there is a red or yellow circle icon next to the wing names. This tells you that they have a problem, and the red means it's a bad problem. which is reducing their Mission Efficiency. If you hover over this icon, it will tell you what the problem is. You can read more on the HoI4 wiki.

You should at least rule out this possibility if you still think it's a bug.
