Some events do not trigger

Hi!

I have the the DV + the newest patch, but some events do not trigger, most notably “Removing Parental Upbringing” (id = 6999), but for example also “Prodigy” (id = 6980). Even when I try to trigged them manually from the console, the game says "Event Not Found"
What can be done?

Edit: I reinstalled the DV, the patch and it works now
