I have experienced.

1)Playing as PRU and at war with Burma via event, when I send a diplomat to offer peace and it is accepted ->Ctd

2)Hungarian AI, they build the best fortresses in most of their provinces (>70%) and have relations of +200 with me and still try to improve them again and again.

3)For a human player as Prussia in 1836, there is no way to get "South German" as culture and the shields of Germany. This option is only available for the AI.

4)On the statistical page number 5 (Reforms overview), when you sort by clicking on the top of the column, there are mistakes:
It is e.g. sorted as:

Trinkets
none
Low
Good
Acceptable

but it should be

none
Trinkets
Low
Acceptable
Good

5)On the political map "Dresden" province has no name.

By the way, if I remember correctly, at least in Frankfurt Assambly, when you change tag to Germany, you get shields all over Germany, but South German Culture can't remember.
 
You can become Germany earlier, but you won't get the shields and the culture, because

desc = "AI_EVENT"

does only fire for the AI, not the human player. 3010 is the only event, that gives them.

I know, it's just that I remember becoming Germany and getting all the shields, althought I am not 100% sure about that. BTW, German and Italian unification events should be fixed, as they don't work propperly.
 
The Germany bug(s) are in the other events.
