Q) How can I re-create the old Byzantine Empire if I can't annex Turkey?(They are a major, so is Moldova, Wallachia ect ect)

Q) Why did you call Byzantine Empire for Novgorod?

King, thanks for feedback. The reason I made Turkey a major nation was to allow people to play as it. You can remove its TAG from the .eug file and make it annexable. Its easier to remove Turkey then add it to the scenario.

About the Novgorod, I don't quiet understood what you mean by that. If I made some kind of mistake, please let me know. I will correct it and post it back in the depot. Great to know that someone is playing my scenario. Thanks, keep in touch.

About the Novgorod thing, the Byzantine is called Novgorod, kinda weird. I love your Byzantine flag though!

The flag was designed by Jeremy McGuinn. To change the name of your Byzantine empire go to text.csv and find the country tag named KAL. In the adjointed field you will see "Novgorod", change it to Byzantine Empire and you're set.

I am enjoying the Byzantine Scenario as well.

Yeah I was going to change the tags to make Wallachia and Moldavia annexable but it seemed as if going against the spirit of the scenario, but 25 years into it I am changing the tags so that I can show those Turks.

It was designed so that people would change the tags. I'm glad you enjoy it, and want to tell you that I will begin working on an updated version in a couple of days.
