Currently maintaining a desired ratio between infantry, artillery, and cavalry is an incredible pain. The army system was clearly designed for the game to only have one unit with artillery and cavalry abstracted as part of your mostly infantry regiments, however after making them distinct units it has become extremely frustrating to build new military units as the player must math out how to keep the ratios the same in addition to where they want to build each new unit. This is especially bad for conscription. Some sort of macro-builder which automatically maintains the preferred ratio for your units is absolutely needed and is long overdue.
