Sorry, i saw this sub section only today.

I quote myself:
So i have some FRs (maybe a lot of people already thought these ones):
- skill improvement for techteam by time instead of random event. Not at the same rate for all teams. For example often used teams increase (or decrease if these ones didn't research for a lot of time) skill more than others teams.
- When the player select "full teach team takeover after annexation"
this option should enable also the takeover of blueprints of annexed country.
- partisan activity of annexed countries should decrease by time
- multiple unit load (on transport fleet for example) with multiple select (such as button "send as expeditionary forces").
- the player should choose which things (example AA) will be repaired first
- embargo via diplomacy folder

and now some glitches
- when i split an army if i don't put anything in new army, the result is an useless army corp on the map. The game shoulld avoid this situation.
- a defeated army corp must choose, for retreat, a province not under attack (if there is any just after the battle). For example: my division in barcelona choose huesca (that was under attack by usa's forces without any division on defence) and not pau (that is clear and free) or perpignac. Usa attack huesca by mechanized forces and take it fast, then my army was annhilated. It is ok only if all adjacent provinces are under attack.

Another suggestion.
If i control some provinces of an enemy nation, after annexation i lost my all repairs.

Example: if a province have 8 IC (repaired), after annexation this fall to 0 IC.

It's unrealistic.
