Something is very wrong with my in-game text.

Here's a little screenshot of what I'm dealing with. It's all like that including load-screens and in-game menu.
I run no mods. My laptop can run CK2 no problem and recently, I tried opening a previous savegame in notepad, however I didn't change a thing. So that shouldn't be the problem.

How can I fix this?

Well, little update, I uninstalled the game completely, deleted all save games (which is a pity, but well...) and all other folders I could find in documents- Paradox - CK2 ..., and it works again.
