Sometimes Appointed Court Physician Doesn't Get Novice Physician Trait

Description​

It doesn't happen all the time but sometimes I appoint an heir as physician to get some extra learning, they're usually geniuses and with good learning but they never get the novice physician trait even after years working there.

Steps to reproduce​

It's hard because it's somewhat rare (I play lot and notice this maybe 3 times) but it can happen. Check my physician in the save, he has been there for 18 years, people got sick, I fought couple wars and a genius with 21 learning never got the basic trait.
