somthimes my allies arent my allies after reload

hi.

if i play germany f.e. and have 5 or 6 countries in the axis (mostly puppets) and reload a saved game sometimes they are still puppet, and i can see them in the axis screen, but in reality they arent allied anymore so i cant take the commando or so. If i dont see that in the beginning and save anothertime it will be saved and i have to edit the savefile to get them back to the axis. if i see it after loading and reload another time it can help...
