As we know the key aspect is getting a list of easily fixable and core problems (that primarily involve exploits) to Johan and co so that they can be sorted out so that the "hassles and crashes" are removed asap.
Exactly my thought

Eventually I think this will lead to the fact that a 1066-1819 game can be played, but until that point we'd have to put certain limits on ourselves all the while trying to find problems.
With your copy still in the post is not a problem. Version 1.03 should be out soon (hopefully), and there are lots of bugfixes listed to have been solved in that, a few of them important parts of MP.
But it doesn't prevent from planning the game
I'll be on vacation starting 12th of June. As a matter of fact the European championships start at the same date, the matches seem to start at 1400 and 1800 GMT (1500 and 1900 UK summer time, 1600 and 2000 Central European summertime, and 1700 and 2100 in Finland). I intend to be at the telly rather intensively at those times until the championships is over 4th of July, altough I did promise my wife and kids that will make a short trip somewhere (as long as we are at the hotel/home at the times the matches).
As it is vacationtime for me I could thus be able to play after 2000 GMT or before 1400 GMT. "Sons of Poland" is played starting Sunday the 6th of June at 0500 GMT, and I don't want to interfere with that time. Other than that I am free to play whenever during the coming few weeks

, after that it depends really on my shifts at work.
