It seems the attrition isn't affecting the AI armies. I have seen 105k armies standing for years in a province, where it can only support 18! Something should be fixed here!

Hmm, were they in their OWN country? I think, that the number only shows the supply level YOU would have, if in a province. I noticed, that whenever I get a province by a peace treaty, the number does increase considerably.

You do realise that the supply values differ from country to country?
That province may only support 18 for you, but it might be connected and supplied to grant much more for another country.

But I havent yet found a province in my country (The Ottomans) which can feed a 105k army, they begin to starve if I do......I think....
