Sound effects

My sound effects stop working after the first few minutes, music keeps going quite happily. If I turn the music off it doesn't help. I also tried changing the sound card (an old one though) and I have updated all drivers for both cards. Whats going on? I like the seige cannons and want them more often...

Try point 17 of the "running problems" sticky thread in the support forum. If that doesn't work, ask viper. If (very unlikely) that doesn't work, buy a new computer

Thanks for pointing me into support, I fixed it last night using 'point 17'.
