The version of Victoria is 1.03 plus the last beta update, without any mods.
1. Sound effects goes on and off, maybe just in late game.
2. The popup "Peace treaty with has expired" for annexed countries should be removed since there is no longer a country.
3. The scrollbar in the ledger is sometimes out of control showing the bottom 3 countries or factories or whatever forcing me to scroll up.
