Well, I have a small problem.

I've used the France/Navarre CoA for the French shield when Henri IV comes to the throne...

But what about the French Protestants? I need a new CoA for them, because I don't want the two to be identical. I don't think it should have Navarre on IMO, because there's no reason why the Basque country should have anything to do with French protestants if things don't go historically, etc.

Any ideas for what I could do for a CoA for French Protestants?

I'll keep the flag the same (plain white banner; purity, etc.).
