I am not fluent speaker, but I read and understand Polish easily. PM what concrete help you need ;)
I think that he needs the translation of the names of orders ;)

EDIT: I'm able to translate these:
KRZYŻACY - Crusaders
KRZYŻOWCY Z CZERWONĄ GWIAZDĄ - Crusaders of Red Star
ZAKON ŚWIĘTEGO ŁAZARZA - Order of Saint Lazar (not sure with name Lazar in english)
RYCERZE CHRYSTUSOWI - Knights of Christ
TEMPLARIUSZE - Templars
KAWALEROWIE MIECZOWI - Order of the Sword Knights/Livonian Brothers of the Sword/Livonian Order
JOANNICI - Johannites
DUCHACY - Clerics

I don't know these:
ANTONIANIE
BOŻOGROBCY - looks like combination of "god" and "sexton", like "sextons of God"
CYRIAKOWIE, MARKI
KALATRAWENSI

As regarding Courland you can check this:

;)
As you see a deer should be also a crowned one (but with a ducal crown)

This is prolly the best source for Courland, from my Baltisches Wappenbuch cd

1. Livland - http://www.von-stackelberg.de/geschichte/livland.htm
2. Teutonic Order
3. Estland - http://www.von-stackelberg.de/geschichte/estland.htm
4. Courland - http://www.von-stackelberg.de/geschichte/kurland.htm
5. Swordbrothers
6. Ösel - http://www.von-stackelberg.de/geschichte/oesel.htm

And in quartered arms the lion and deer are crowned in fact :)

Also could you make additional separate coas with crowned red lion (for Courland) and a crowned (with ducal one) deer (for Semigalia)?

I have several, but the best one (the closest to the traditional iconography of Pahonia/Vytis) IMO was this (I believe you should see it before):

The Polish eagle is excellent for 16th-17th centuries too.

Spendid, thanks for the pics.

For Poland I'm gonna use the same type of eagle that I've showed in the previews. Wanna keep things standardized. :)

And fantastic work, Birger. :)

I think your work is very good indeed. Don't forget Stephen's arms! :p

It's on the todo list, at the very end. ;)
Glad you like the shields. :)
