I got a little over a 1000 shields done by now, but recently noticed that I've been using the wrong lion rampant/guardant template so I got about 200 shields to redo... :/
I got an idea for the layout of the site. I've ditched the map idea at the moment, it's just to much work and delay things even more. The site will be a mix of earlyblazon.com and heraldique-europennee.org.
I'll post a screenie of the mockup later this week.

Okay the difference is really striking ! Very good it look much more strong and powerful, which a king need, when played in EU2.
