Sov Org of 21 bug or jock

Hi
I play as Sov in a normal/normal game it is 1939 and the Finnland war just startet
Now all my Inf Units have a Org of about 21
The Tanks have 10.

Is that a Bug or a bad jock ?

I lose every fight.

The Org of the Tanks is after 2 Hour down to 0.
The new HD Brigades make it complitly imposible to win a fight.

If it is a bug please corect the Bug with the next Release
If it isnt a bug please think about the problem and change something. (Make the Org higher)

I think this is meant to simulate the poor low level leadership of the soviet army after the officer purge.

The Winter War was a debacle for the Soviets, this repsents the fact you need huge overwhelming force to beat the Finns.. I had the same problem myself until the Winter snows lifted and i diverted more troops
