BUG:soviets leaders gain no excprience

im in the 1936 campign. and all is good except i have no other then genric leaders,and they are all maj. genreal and not gaining any skill even though they had won lots of battle.
it's also wiped out all the list of leaders so now i can use replacement of leaders or promote them or nothing.
they just suffer multipile pentalty for commanding lots of unit and i can do a thing. help anyone?

PS. i use 1.06c

1) dont use the word bug in the topic of the thread
2) I guess you have to install the 1.06c patch again - it should bring back the leaders. Otherwise install the game again.

Reinstall patch if doesn't work then full game.
