Sow Dissent (Chancellor action) doesn't seem to work

nothing much to add.

I tried it several times for many years - the sow dissent event never fires up...even if i mod it this way that the (chancellors) chance is 100 %

This is strange.

Meanwhile i found out that it probably works - but no event is popping up here.
And it looks like that many people have this problem

This is the first time i see this event (Edit : Not the 1st time - see below )
I give it another try using the english language (though i don't think it has something to do with the language)
and i will also choose the king of france like you did

It looks like that you understood me wrong :

The event that popped up in your screen is not the "good" event when the chancellors mission is successful.
It is the bad event when the chancellors mission failed - So , sow dissent did not really work

The "good" event is bugged. I insist on this

Your own screenshot underlines this...cause the bad event has much lower chances to pop up than the good one

p.s. i looked at the events and had the feeling that there is a } too much - but removing
this did not make it work either.
