I'm holding about 70% of the world now and there are so many good special buildings. However I also noticed legendary buildings also have some cool buffs (especially increasing taxes from certain types of vassals). I wonder how would you guys choose? Like are universities or mines better than legendary buildings or vice versa? What are special buildings you guys would always hold? (yes i'm very money driven)
