Manufacturing-only Agriculture won't place any buldings. Other Zones (Manufactoring-only) work. I got it work placing Buildings with find-it, but that's a lot of work.
Yeah, you can place buildings, the companies won't populate. I placed 10 & only 2 populated. I let the game run for a couple of hours. I got three more.
Caused my game to crash constantly! I do not recommend! If this works for you congrats! But if youre having crash issues like i did! Remove this mod!
