Also we know this:
- Wiz was supposed to work on it. Or it was another Project. (I heard there are multiple projects going on Tiberius,Titus)
- Henrik is still CK2 but he left Stellaris and got replaced by Wiz^
- I supose they will annouce Tiberius first. ( I remember seeing it on the cKnoor Steam account as "Tiberius Beta"
- Old CK2 Content Designer is the Project Lead for one of the Projects.

He said his plans were what...Work on Stellaris then unknown project...That would mean the unknown would be announced sometime in the near future like Paradox-Con or Games-Con?

Wiz, King, Podcat & Doomdark are Game Directors, working as design leads for various titles. (Technically, I do that as well, even if my title is not Game Director ).
If you see a game without name played by someone on steam, it can be the beta of any game, including released ones like eu4, as they are hidden apps.

EU4 is live and well, EU5 would be too early.
CK3 ... perhaps is on his way, but not in a so near future.
Rome2.. this is my bet. Hopefully with a broader scope (Rome at first, greece/persians etc as DLC )

After hearing out my collegaue about all that shit you need to go through in order to make wedding/marriage contract properly (like inheritance laws applying in the country your spouse dies, so nothing for a girl who's husband will die on vacation in one of arabic countries), I'm more than sure that one of the games will be set in modern times.
Something like building your own dynasty of rockefeleers, marrying in senate families, bribing thirld-world governments in order to build there your super-profitable (and super-toxic) factories and then losing it all because your hipster son died of heroin addiction and you were stupid enough to change your gender in order to please LGBT community.

Wait, King is back at PDS and is working as a game director? I knew he returned to Paradox because someone at the OT Forum noticed he changed his LinkedIn profile, but due to his nonexistent online presence I thought he simply advised the developers with designing the Stellaris POP system or something.

If Rome II (or comparable era game) is being developed, I think Wiz would be the one to direct it due to his mod for the original Rome - I haven't played it but it looks quite extensive, he must have the passion. But he seems to be tied up with Stellaris at the moment... So if Rome 2 is in the mix, it's in pretty early development.

Maybe a game set in the World of Darkness or Vampire: The Masquerade universe. After all Paradox Interactive did recently acquire White Wolf publishing and a game set in one of their universes would be an interesting change of pace.
That said I would be very psyched for Victoria III. Victoria was my first Paradox game. I had no idea what I was doing in it and still it was one of my favorite games.

CK2 is alive and well, with a big expansion being in the works. Stellaris and HoI4 will die before we get even a hint about CK3.
My bet is Rome II. Victoria II got an expansion just 3 years ago, so it might be just the second to come.
