I'm betting on Victoria 4, with Wiz's Victoria's Secret game counting as V3. Why? EU and HOI are on 4, and this would let them bring Victoria onto the same number.

And now podcat has been rotated out of project lead over HOI4. He's still attached, but in a less consuming role.

Nah Podcat's probably been rotated to have more time for programming and improving the quality of the game. Less of an administrative role but technically he's still leading the design/creative side of the project. This is probably because work on the first expansion has begun.
