Looking forward to see your work :)

Famine was/is a real problem in poor countries and could be triggered by war (disrupting supply routes) or weather. This would also affect colonial empires (England, France, Netherlands) in their less developed provinces. I would suggest that the governments be forced to send X amount of supplies (related to severity of famine and size of population affected) in a lump sum or over some period in order to avoid taking dissent and/or a manpower hit in those provinces. This could develop into a real problem for Nat. China, as it should be. Maybe even have a "Stalin Starves Ukraine (again)" event to give the Soviet player something to think about.

Just keep in mind one thing, in HSR we add everything which will actually affect game play. Events that change your supply stock by 10 units, are just a useless mental diversion. If you have clear defined ideas for an event or events then post in here or in the stony forum and we will make it happen, but needs to have clear specifications of when what and to whom it happened (historically or extrapolated).

NFL results?...hm...in 1936?.. :(
The League was born in the late sixties I think, and solely an American interest. Nobody outside the US would even care. Better to portray Soccer I think, or for American purposes, Baseball..

But I like the general ideas.. :)
