Sometimes when staff (usually guards due to their increased needs) need to go on break, they will head to a staffroom. This staffroom may not be the one closest to them, they sometimes elect to travel to one on the other side of the map (or on another island, in my case). Also, sometimes when in a staffroom on break, the staff member will recover one of their needs and then head to another staffroom to take care of another need. The staffrooms all have the same objects in them for recovery of all the needs. This causes certain time critical staff such as armed guards or dog handlers to take ridiculously convoluted routing and more time to get their needs back up.
