Although I didn't think to take any screenshots this event:
fired 4 times in my current HSR 2.08 game.
The first time it went off when Moscow was surrounded and seemed to dump 5000 supplies in Moscow, which was occupied by about 30 divisons. "Fair Nuff" I thought. My Germans were unable to take fortress Moscow and the Soviets relieved it, but a few weeks later I surrounded it again, and sure enough Stalin (Who must have crept back in!) left for the Urals again, leaving 5000 supplies behind him. Then another event fired
This dumped @30 divisons in surrounded Moscow. Now as you can imagine they started to really eat up the supplies, but then after a few months of siege (Winter had come and I decided to starve the defenders out) the "Stalin must flee" event fired again, round about December.
It fired again around March, the upshot being that Moscow managed to survive being besieged all through the winter of 41/42 - presumably because Stalin kept sneaking in through my siege lines carrying 5000 supplies on his back!
Anyway, despite this little oddity, playing HSR is easily the most fun I've had playing HoI2 - so thanks to the team.

"New Troops from Siberia" (Or something like that)
