I conquered the North in the AFFC scenario but I am unable to give it to any lord. Is it a bug or did I do something wrong ?

You're better off just keeping it until the end of the war so you can raise the levies from it yourself.
Have you lost the Stormlands' title? Maybe the North is your highest title right now.
No I still have the Stormlands and it's my primary title but when I open the "Gant Title" diplomatic option I don't find "The North"
You may be still a king tier rank. When you get the Iron Throne, you'll become emperor tier and be able to give the land away.
I know (and I did give it to the Glovers now that I am king) but when you beat the Boltons you receive an event that tells you to give the North to a northerner in 10 days so they will join you. Maybe it's a bug
In that case, I wouldn't know. Despite being a huge Stannis supporter (Since he's the real king of Westeros, no Aegon phony can beat that
